Many groups charge participants a $15 to $20 registration fee that covers the cost of the workbook, refreshments, and other expenses of your GriefShare ministry. Over time, registration fees could, in effect, reimburse the church for the cost of the kit. The GriefShare DVD videos feature top experts on grief recovery subjects and case studies of people just like you, who have been through the grief experience. You’ll have the chance to talk about your experiences. It can be very healing to tell others what you are going through. The support group sessions include a time to talk about what you GriefShare provides support for people who have lost a spouse, child, family member or friend. Each week will include a video seminar, small-group discussion, and personal study homework exercises in the GriefShare workbook. A $15 fee covers the the cost of the workbook.
GriefShare Participant Workbook. The GriefShare participant workbook contains a video note-taking section, a daily personal Bible study, a weekly journaling and “grief work” section, insights from prominent Christian leaders, helpful articles, Scripture tear-out cards, and a gospel presentation.
